The following tutorials and classroom opportunities are currently being posted to benefit Birmingham, Alabama metro area families seeking additional help with coursework at the middle school and high school level. Check back with this site or the links for the most current information. Many of our families have found the following organizations and teachers to be very knowledgeable and helpful. It is the responsibility of each parent to evaluate the course content and teacher qualifications with regard to their family's convictions and their children's needs.

Birmingham Homeschool Band - 5th grade-high school. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced bands meet on Monday afternoons in Bluff Park, Hoover, at Shades Mountain Independent Church. Registration on website.
Birmingham Homeschool Choir - 7th-12th grade meets on Valleydale Road on Tuesday afternoons at Southeastern Bible College.
